Tutorial 03 Part 2 - Woodland Generation

In this tutorial, we will look at woodland generation using a recursive generator, the galapagos solver and the kangaroo physics plugin. The purpose behind this method is to provide a means for someone to generate a low-poly randomised woodland without resorting to using proprietary (and costly) 'CADBlocks' found through services such as VRay or Enscape.

I am grateful to those who have themselves provided tutorials looking in to how to build a recursive generator for trees, as well as using kangaroo for further scattering and randomisation. The tutorials I've watched and built upon are linked below, and I thoroughly recommended anyone who is interested in the background to watch them as well.

This is the second in a trilogy of tutorials looking at how to manipulate Ordnance Survey mapping data to provide an isometric aesthetic.
