Ok, so this is the second half. As I said earlier, I’m not 100% happy with #6, it could probably do with another redesign. I’ll stick a “if I have time” pin in that one.

Alright, ¾ of the last half of the sequence done. Doing #7 atm. Not that happy with #6 of the sequence - the image is simply too busy. Need to figure out how to cope with that.
I also have a metric ****-tonne of photos to organise and print tomorrow, let alone do some sketching for the 3D Design week. I have a very pretty model, but very few ideas sketches/progression sketches for that week. What can I say? I spent most of that week staring at the model flicking cards about & stacking them. That right there is how I got to the final model, not sketching. Maybe I’ll look into expanding the shelter & lamp ideas… hrm. May be onto something there.

Still undecided as to whether to go with the split text - keeping the font size consistent, or to go with the single line of text - keeping the placement consistent. I’ll no doubt be bouncing that one around for a wee bit.

I did not enjoy this week. But hey ho. We had to bring in a series of objects which we felt were important to us - I had a small selection, as I couldn’t fit them all on the page.
As for the final sequence, I was toying with a couple of ideas. First was to have a sequence of images with a single word stamped over the top, then I pondered using type transfer instead. The second idea was similar to this - however instead of painting and doing this by hand, I’d scan the images in and use Illustrator/Photoshop to paint the sequence.
Started the hand painted sequence using acrylic, and was rather pleased as to how it has turned out so far - as I haven’t used paint for >15 years. At some point, it’ll get finished.
