Project 02 - Nearly there

Portfolio submission is on Tuesday at 14:00. I may do a year-in-review blog post after that. Apologies for the lack of activity over the past 2 weeks, but there hasn’t been much to report on.

Of course I am hoping to put in a portfolio which is substantial & of high enough quality to pass (ideally more than just pass tbh), but regardless of all the results, I am looking forward to putting this academic year to bed. To say that it has been a personally trying year is an understatement, and as I a result I have not been able to fully engage with the course at times.

All being well, summer will bring a suitable home to move into for next year, along with a holiday to Berlin - hopefully for Pride (to be planned), possibly stopping off in Köln on the way.

Project 02 - Update

Brief update.

We have our first review of the term on Thursday this week, so it is gonna be hella hectic and stressful. We’ve also got an Architectural Technologies workshop tomorrow afternoon, and I’m already behind due to fun with scales (should’ve listened to Sara and gone 1:50 rather than 1:100, well, you live and learn). At least we have a full Tues and Weds free to prepare for the review.

I’m am not in any way looking forward to the review. Nope, not at all.

Well, fuck.

Project 01 - Quick update

Well, that was a very quick week. The first project - wearable architecture - has been put to bed, for better or for worse. Our next project, a.k.a draw the Cathedral, starts next week. There really isn’t anything else to report.
